Returns and Exchanges
The Return Policy covers all orders ordered from TOO DARK TO SEE TOMORROW website when the customer is not happy by the order they receive.
The order or part of it can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days in a reselling condition, and once the order is returned you will be receiving a refund for that order or an exchanged shipment will be sent to you, and the return and/or exchange shipping cost will be under the customer responsibility.
Any items that appear to be worn, washed or not in its original condition will not be subject to refund or exchange.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note - the above information relates only to returns on goods purchased through TOO DARK TO SEE TOMORROW website, not at any of our pop-up retail stores.
We will be refunding and or exchanging any damaged orders
received by the customer, and the customer must ensure to send us a valid proof
of the damaged product to our email (Info@2D2C2M.com) with the order number and
details.
